These programmes play a vital role in Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD), enabling businesses to go beyond risk identification and actively drive prevention, mitigation, and lasting systemic change.
Our approach is about partnership. We start by working with suppliers to identify high-risk areas, through assessment of management systems, governance structures and leadership capacity.
With a better understanding of root causes, gaps and blind spots, we create bespoke action plans to mitigate and prevent human rights impacts. We recognise that implementation can be challenging, identifying and providing additional solutions to develop the capacity required.
Between 2023 and 2025, Impactt delivered a capacity building and remediation programme to a luxury fashion brand, supporting a supplier in Thailand to address over 40 labour non-compliances and strengthen ethical recruitment and working conditions.
