Supplier Improvement

Our Supplier Improvement Programmes empower companies to assess and strengthen their approach to human rights

These programmes play a vital role in Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD), enabling businesses to go beyond risk identification and actively drive prevention, mitigation, and lasting systemic change.

What We Do

Our approach is about partnership. We start by working with suppliers to identify high-risk areas, through assessment of management systems, governance structures and leadership capacity.

With a better understanding of root causes, gaps and blind spots, we create bespoke action plans to mitigate and prevent human rights impacts. We recognise that implementation can be challenging, identifying and providing additional solutions to develop the capacity required.

Why Partner With Us?

Our approach to supplier improvement:

We take the time to understand suppliers’ challenges and operational contexts so that the corrective action plan we develop is collaborative.

Our Supplier Improvement Programmes help suppliers and corporates to respond to an increasingly regulated human rights agenda.

Our in-depth knowledge and commitment to a worker-centric approach ensures we are focused on continuous improvement and tackling root causes.
