A new report based on independent research by Tufts University, shows that RESTART, Impactt’s behavioural change approach, prevents the hidden exploitation risks of workplace reform – protecting workers and strengthening business performance.
The report found that productivity interventions like supervisor training or incentive pay can increase harassment — but RESTART prevents this effect entirely, identifying that it acts as a cultural “inoculation,” resetting norms and expectations before reforms take place. As a result, workers became calmer, less depressed and less sick, resulting in safer and more respectful workplaces.
