CEO
Patrick has a strong track record of delivering human rights advice for clients across multiples sectors and geographies. In particular, Patrick has a deep expertise in delivering strategic solutions to clients in response to risk and regulations. Formerly, Patrick was PwC’s global lead for human rights. He is also a Chartered Accountant.
Outside of work, he spends his time tidying up after his three kids and trying to make time to watch or play sports.
Commercial Director
Robin Bishop is Commercial Director and a Board Member at Impactt, where she oversees global business development and account management, ensuring clients receive impactful, worker-centric solutions to human rights challenges.
Previously, she built the private sector platform for The Mekong Club, driving business action against modern slavery, and was CSR Director at Community Business. Earlier, Robin was an award-winning PR professional and represented Asia in the UN’s private sector initiative, Impact 2030.
Head of UK Consulting
Sabrina is a member of Impactt’s Senior Leadership Team, leading on consulting delivery and client engagement.
She previously led the advisory practices at Business in the Community and most recently at Principia, where she specialised in organisational ethics, conduct risk, and post-crisis remediation for clients including Big Four and Big Tech firms. Her sector expertise spans banking, technology, extractives, and consumer goods, with a focus on ethical risk assessment, responsible leadership, and strategy design and execution.
Sabrina holds an MSc in Global Governance and Ethics from UCL and a BA in Sociology and English from University College Cork, Ireland.
Finance Director
Luciana is a member of Impactt’s Senior Leadership Team, leading the finance function across global operations in the UK, India, Bangladesh, and China.
She previously held senior finance roles at Netcraft, Infogrid, and Behavox, where she specialised in scaling finance teams, leading fundraising initiatives, and improving financial governance. Her sector experience spans across mining, manufacturing, technology and human rights consultancy, with a focus on financial transformation, strategic planning, and operational risk management.
Luciana is multilingual, a Certified Chartered Accountant and holds an MA in International Relations from Queen Mary University of London.
Head of Human Resources
Dan Brown is Head of HR and IT at Impactt. He looks after our people and systems, making sure both are set up to thrive.
With over a decade of experience in HR across the UK, Europe, Asia and the Americas, Dan brings a calm, practical approach to everything from performance frameworks to talent development. He’s passionate about building a culture where people feel supported, valued and set up for success.
Outside of work, he’s usually with his two kids, playing board games or tackling a new DIY project.
Regional Director – South Asia
Sharif Islam is Regional Director for South Asia at Impactt, bringing 39 years of experience across ethical trade, government, and international development. He has led audits and investigations in garments, electronics, construction, and other key sectors across South Asia and the Gulf.
A certified Amfori-BSCI and approved RBA auditor, he is also a human rights and HR management expert who regularly trains industry leaders. He holds a BA degree and has been with Impactt for over 13 years.
China Director
Tiger Bao has served as China Director at Impactt since 2015, leading business growth and operations in China while supporting ASEAN projects.
Specialised in human rights and HR management solutions, he brings 20 years of senior leadership experience in operational excellence, supply chain management, HR, and consulting from Thomson, Tyco Electronics, and Elevate.
