Human Rights – Worker Interviewer (South Korea)

Impactt is commissioned throughout the year to conduct human rights assessments in South Korea by predominantly oil and gas companies. The purpose of the assessments is to help companies to gain an understanding of the labour rights risks experienced by its workforce and assess the effectiveness of management systems in mitigating these risks.

Impactt is looking for a worker interviewer who can complete the following tasks:

  • Attend briefing calls with the Impactt team. 
  • Conduct worker interviews of contracted workers in Korean language.
  • Attend debrief sessions with the Lead Assessor throughout the assessment. 
  • Support with logistical arrangements for the interviews, where required. 
  • Reporting findings from interviews in a pre-designed template. 

Timeline

Impactt have an assessment that is due to be delivered between 22nd July to 22nd August.2025. We expect that the worker interviewer activities will take place over the course of three (2-3) days.

Impactt may be in touch with the candidate regarding additional projects in the future depending on the demand in Korea.
