Making the Call: Using worker grievance mechanisms as an effective tool for remediation

Posted 11 May 2022

In April we hosted a webinar on the critical role grievance mechanisms play when it comes to remediation. Hosted by Impactt’s Commercial Director, Robin Bishop and joined by remediation and technical experts, Michael Pennant-Jones, Director of Consultancy Services and Firza Safira, Technical Quality Principal Consultant, we explored what the purpose of grievance mechanisms are, how we work with our clients to build and use them as effective remediation tools and looked at what it takes to run a successful, meaningful grievance process that brings real change for workers.
