Impactt is commissioned throughout the year to conduct human rights assessments in Romania by predominantly oil and gas companies. The purpose of the assessments is to help companies to gain an understanding of the labour rights risks experienced by its workforce and assess the effectiveness of management systems in mitigating these risks.
Impactt is looking for a local worker interviewer to support this assessment. The selected Worker Interviewer will be expected to:
- Attend briefing calls with the Impactt team.
- Conduct worker interviews of contracted workers in Romanian.
- Attend debrief sessions with the Lead Assessor throughout the assessment.
- Support with logistical arrangements for the interviews, where required.
- Reporting findings from interviews in a pre-designed template.
