Introduction to Impactt
Impactt is a leading consultancy specialising in ethical trade, human rights and labour standards. We work with major brands, retailers, governments, academics and NGOs to maximise the positive impacts of global trade on workers and local communities. With offices in the UK, Bangladesh, China, India, and a wide network of consultants across Europe, Asia and Africa, we are internationally recognised for our change focused, practical and innovative approach. Impactt works with a wide range of stakeholders, from large retailers and government bodies to factory workers and local communities. Often the experiences and languages of these different stakeholders are so far apart that they do not ‘see’ or interact with each other. Impactt helps to bridge the gap and deliver real change on the ground.
What is the Associate Talent Pool?
We are looking for freelance consultants to work on a variety of new and exciting projects worldwide. We often have short-term assignments that we need qualified consultants to deliver on our behalf. This could range from reviewing and developing policies, benchmarking industry initiatives to gathering and analysing feedback fieldwork. On occasion, it may involve delivering fieldwork/training on behalf of Impactt.
How does it work and who should apply?
Please note: This is not a full-time role. Once you have successfully applied, you will join our pool of associate consultants and we will contact you with the latest short-term and long-term assignments as and when they come up. You will have the freedom to work on projects that interest you and receive a contract form for each project you support on.
